工作内容/职位描述:
Keep both paper files and e-files, update IPPO timely and accurately. Please note all the applications, oppositions, appeals and etc. MUST be put into IPPO within 2 days at the latest after these actions are taken;
Post fixed fees timely and accurately. Please note the fixed fees for applications, searches, renewals, recordals, office actions and etc. MUST be put into Work Flow within 2 days at the latest after these actions are taken. Please give the line manager a statistic report of fixed fees you post at the monthly basis and help the line manager to check the pre-bills and keep the monthly final bills for record;
Be responsible for other supportive work in relation to the clients the line manager is looking after, which includes preparing opposition materials, drafting format letters, preparing status and filing reports, notifying the official notifications, drafting, preparing and translating some legal documents;
Monitor trademark applications published on official Gazettes for the clients. Please send the line manager watch reports timely and regularly.
Keep diaries of every work the group is handling, manager the deadlines, and send the line manger reminders timely;
Have a full knowledge of the trademark filing procedure and relevant law and regulations. You are expected to get familiar with the trademark filing procedure and independently conduct an availability search both in the on-line Registry database and in the FUJIAN database, prepare the basic information of the search reports, filing particulars of new applications and oppositions in 1 month;
You are expected to draft simple search reports, uncomplicated dispute arguments and analysis letters to the client in 1-2 months;
Use the FUJIAN database, IPPO, Google and other useful tools to get required information;
Be ready to help other members of TMG or from other groups if you are available.
任职要求:
Bachelor degree in English (equal or above TEM 8 level); Double major in English and Law is preferred.
1-3 years' related experience is a must;
Good communication skills with different departments;
Patient, detail - minded, initiative & self - disciplined;
Can work under pressure, a team player;
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
