职位描述

Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor existing business processes through verification and other methods, regularly sort out and submit data analysis reports to superiors and business parties;
2. Promote the establishment of business operation specifications and standard processes, supervise the internal process system, and put forward optimization suggestions;
3. Responsible for sorting out and optimizing process standards, and assisting in optimizing and improving the operation management system
4. Form an analysis report based on the found operational problems and submit it to the business department
5. Responsible for the implementation and supervision of abnormal accident handling procedures, and communicate with various departments effectively.
6. Communicate with the training department in time to improve customer service issues in time.

岗位职责
1、通过核查等方式监控现有业务流程,定期整理和向上级和业务方提交数据分析报告;
2、促进业务方的运营操作规范和标准流程建立,监督内部流程体系,提出优化建议;
3、负责对流程标准进行梳理与优化,协助对运营管理体系的优化完善
4、根据发现的运营问题,形成分析报告, 提交业务部门
5、负责异常事故处理程序的执行与监督,与各部门进行有效沟通
6、特殊情况如店庆等节日需参与业务支援
7、 及时与培训部门进行沟通,及时改善客服问题。

任职要求

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. English, international trade and other related majors are preferred, CET-6 or above, good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills or above
3. Proficiency in using office software such as Excel
4. Candidates with experience in quality control or call center are preferred
5. Have good data statistics and analysis capabilities
6. Good communication skills and strong logical analysis skills

岗位要求:
1、大学本科或以上学历优先。
2、 英语、国贸等相关专业优先,英语水平六级或以上,听说读写能力良好以上;
3、能熟练使用Excel等办公软件;
4、有质控或客服中心经验者优先
5、具有业务流程梳理的工作经验优先;
6、具有数据分析经验者优先;
7、良好的沟通能力和较强的逻辑分析能力
