Main Responsibilities 主要岗位职责 ：
1、Providing the technical solution for all electronic parts design within HMJ
products. Including LED PCBA, control ECU, system architecture etc. 对敏实海拉室
内灯电子产品提供技术解决方案，包括 LED 电路板，ECU 电控单元，系统构架等。
2、Responsible for electric & electronic related discussion with customer.
负责与客户就电子电力方面的沟通讨论。
3、Prototyping and function test on A sample.原型功能样件设计及测试。
4、Preparing the requirement duty book, schematic drawings, electronic BOM,
worst-case simulation, test instructions following HMJ standards.按照敏实海拉的要
求准备技术设计任务书，电路原理图，电子 BOM，最坏情况模拟，测试要求等。
5、Coordinating hardware design review with other functions accoring to Hella
procedure.按照海拉的流程定义协调各个相关部门一起参与硬件设计评审。
6、Supporting other functions regarding electrical/electronic topics.支持其他部门
关于电子电气方面的任务。
7、Communicating with suppliers for technical issues.支持采购部门和供应商交流技
术相关的问题。

1、Bachelor's degree， Proficient English skills，3 years electrical and electronic
design experience on automotive industry. 全日制本科学历，3 年以上汽车电子设计
相关经验，熟练的英语听，说，读，写；
2、Proficient understanding for both analogue and digital circuitry design.对模拟
电路和数字电路都具有深入了解。
3、Knowledge of LED driver circuitry, like linear driver, DC-DC driver etc.具备 LED
驱动电路，如线性驱动，DC-DC 驱动等方面的知识。
3、Knowledge of design of embedded system.具备嵌入式系统设计方面的知识。
4、Knowledge of EMC/ESD safety.具备 EMC/ESD 安全知识。
6、适应能力强，抗压能力强。 Strong adaptability and strong resistance to
pressure。
